PanchaKarma
Ayurveda’s most profound cleanse for deep restoration and renewal
Panchakarma is a time-honored Ayurvedic cleansing and rejuvenation process designed to gently detoxify the body, restore balance, and support lasting vitality.
Guided by Corinna Maharani and rooted in a living lineage, each experience is deeply personalized—working on both the physical and subtle levels to calm the nervous system and promote deep renewal.
A Refined, Personalized Approach
Each program is thoughtfully designed and evolves day by day. A curated blend of therapeutic bodywork, herbal treatments, steam, and dietary support creates a layered, immersive experience—one that allows the body to soften, release, and fully receive.
Your Panchakarma Journey
1. Personal Consultation
Your journey begins with a one-on-one consultation with Corinna Maharani, Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner. Together, you’ll assess your constitution, current imbalances, and personal goals. From this, a fully customized Panchakarma program is designed, along with clear guidance for preparation.
2. Preparation at Home
In the days leading up to your program, you’ll gently prepare the body through simple dietary and lifestyle practices. Meals are nourishing and easy to digest—supporting the body without depletion.
Unlike many cleanses, Panchakarma is designed to soothe and stabilize the system—no fasting required. Additional herbal support may be recommended, all of which will be outlined during your consultation.
3. Daily Treatments
Your Panchakarma experience unfolds through a series of personalized treatments, thoughtfully layered to support deep cleansing and renewal. Therapies may include Abhyanga, Shirodhara, herbal steam, marma work, and more—each day building upon the next.
Sessions are offered daily at 9am or 2pm and last up to 4 hours, allowing space for deep rest and integration. Programs are typically 3 or 5 days, with extended options available.
Panchakarma may be experienced as an outpatient program or paired with a residential stay. Each day includes a nourishing Ayurvedic meal, with additional offerings such as yoga or meditation available upon request.

A natural, radiant “Panchakarma glow”
PanchaKarma supports the body as a whole, gently cleansing and nourishing the tissues while calming the nervous system and restoring deep balance. It works to release accumulated toxins, rebuild vitality, and strengthen overall resilience.
This process extends beyond the physical—helping to soften stored tension and emotional holding within the body-mind system. As the system clears, many experience greater clarity, ease, and a renewed sense of wellbeing, often accompanied by the natural radiance known as the “Panchakarma glow.”
Rooted in ancient tradition, Panchakarma remains a deeply transformative and spiritual practice. It is especially supportive during seasonal transitions, after periods of stress or illness, or for those seeking to restore and maintain optimal health.

Panchakarma Therapies
is the classic Ayurvedic oil massage that uses the skillful application of medicinal oils with specific nurturing strokes. It activates the energetic centers (Marma points), breaks up impurities, and stimulates arterial and lymphatic circulation. It can be performed by one or two synchronized practitioners working in tandem.
Abhyanga
is an herbal medicinal steam therapy that can be administered locally to specific body parts or for the entire physiology. (Except for the head, which is always kept cool). It allows oils to penetrate deeply into the tissues and also removes toxins.
Swedhana
is the pouring of medicinal liquids (oil, buttermilk, ghee) across the forehead. It specifically nurtures the pituitary gland and therefor relaxes the entire nervous system by brining the whole being, body-mind-spirit, to feeling a profound sense of peace and calm.
Shirodhara
Marma Therapy uses sound, touch, aromas, medicinal oils and intention to help direct the flow of Prana (Life-force) for profound healing. We apply Marma therapy during PanchaKarma as an extra relaxing technique and to restore the energetic balance. Learn more about Marma here.
Marma Therapy
is a brisk massage that uses herbal powders and pastes to stimulate the release of toxins and supports the removal of excess fatty tissue. Udvartana can be used dry or when mixed with oils. It stimulates the lymphatic fluids to cleanse while the herbs absorb deeply into the skin, further detoxing the body.
Udvartana
is a cooling therapy using herbal rice bolus bags warmed in a specialized milk decoction and vigorously massaged into the skin to reduce inflammation and rejuvenate the body.
Pinda Swedhna
Ayurvedic massage with raw silk gloves, polishing the skin and enhancing circulation while moving and cleansing the lymph fluid.
Garshana
is the classic sinus and nasal treatment designed to open up the channels of the upper body to allow more Pranic energy to enter. It includes an enlivening Indian head massage, localized steam, and the use of an assortment of nasal concoctions.
Nasya
involves the use of a variety of methods and techniques such as the bathing of the eyes in ghee, eye drops, and purification through herbal smoke to alleviate eye conditions.
Netra Tarpana
uses a specific ear massage and the application of herbal decoctions to relieve earaches and other ear related problems.
